July 2010 Club Meeting Minutes

New Members: None Committee Reports: Internet Decorum: Due to issues that have occurred on the website, the Board of Directors drafted a clear set of rules to be posted on the website. Paper copies of the rules were passed out to be reviewed by the general membership. A small explanation was made by Chris Denton. Voted: yes, with a majority vote. Treasury Report: Beginning Balance: $3488.71 Received: $665.49 Paid: $141.49 Ending Balance: $4012.71 Old Business: Christmas for Kids Fundraiser will be happening at Ram Off Road Park again this year. There will be XORRA buggy rides and open wheeling in the park. Raffle Prizes: Travel Pro-Neil Table- George Tote- Gary Water bottle-Jeff Water bottle- Mike Moyer Kit- Gary Trip Reports: Twin Cone-Howard; Great scenery, last 2 miles can be as hard or as easy as you want. Chinawall- Neil; Great day Spring Creek-Tim; 11 vehicles, invited a Grand Cherokee to join because the people in front of him wouldn’t help him. Upcoming Trips and Meetings: July 24-25 Holy Cross July 27 Four Wheel Drive Show 6:30pm @ Culvers Aug. 7-8 Mt.
