Changing Date

Due to race schedules, we're unable to get buggies on August 14. I will investigate a different date and let everyone know.

Brad, once we have the new date let me know and I will put the correct date on the flyer and send it out to you again.

September 25 and Some Progress

September 25 is the date for the Christmas for Kids event at the RAM Off-Road Park. Here's a link to the flyer:

http://www.coloradofourwheelers.org/newsletters/CFK_flyer_2010_VSept25.pdf

Feel free to print and give them out but don't repeat places. I've talked with people and left flyers at the following

4 Wheel Parts
Avenger Superchargers
Carlin Dodge
Colorado Springs Toyota
Faricy Brothers Jeep/Chrysler
FN Jeep
Liberty Toyota
Perkins Dodge
Predator 4x4

plus the following auto shops and locations

NAPA
Academy & Austin Bluffs

Autozone
Austin Bluffs near Academy

Advanced Auto
Austin Bluffs near Academy

PM me with additional locations and I'll edit this list with updated information so check back before going out to give flyers, please.

We're working with Eric Drummond (Southern Rep) to get tax exempt receipts for anyone giving funds or raffle prizes.

I've contacted Waste Management to provide porta-potties. They can provide them for $200 but I'm trying to get them to donate. The rep is supposed to ask the GM and get back to me.
